THE CHAPEL SESSIONS (2009-)

The Chapel Sessions, founded in 2009 by Will Gardner and Neil Amin-Smith, is a fortnightly multi-genre concert series held in Cambridge. The series originally intended to challenge various aspects of concert convention, ritual and practice. Notable performances from the series include Penderecki's Threnody to the Victims of Hiroshima and a first performance of Joe Snape's Lärmlicht.
